We're a mobile fitter. We bring the battery to the car in London, Birmingham and Manchester, fit it, and take the old one away on a supply-and-fit job. We're not a recovery truck.

A fitter, at the car
Mobile Car Battery Fitting supplies and fits car batteries where the vehicle is parked. The work is the battery, the hold-down, the terminals and, when the model needs it, registration with a scan tool. It is practical mobile fitting.
Breakdown towing and vehicle transport are outside this service. If the car is in a live lane, call 999 before you ask for a quote. We do not attend a live lane as a fitting visit.
What a visit includes
On a supply-and-fit job we bring the agreed battery, fit it, and take the old one away. A correct battery you have already bought can be fitted instead, once the callback has checked the type. An AGM is replaced with AGM. An EFB may be upgraded to AGM. An AGM must not be downgraded.
A healthy 12V battery rests around 12.6V. With the engine running, charging voltage is often about 13.8 to 14.7V, and smart charging can sit lower once the battery is reported full. The alternator is not a bulk charger. A cracked, leaking, swollen or frozen battery is not jumped.
Three cities, no depot
The fitter comes to cars in London, Birmingham and Manchester. Resident bays, driveways, workplace parking and car parks are the usual places. There is no depot you can drive to, because the service is the visit.
Outside those three cities we do not book a fit. The callback will say so if the car is elsewhere. Coverage is a boundary, not a list of claims about how close a van is. The visit is arranged after you ask.
How a job starts

Battery registration is commonly required on Volkswagen Group and many BMW and Mini models and varies on other marques. Mention the make on the form so the callback includes that step when it applies.
