Battery fitting coverage
We fit batteries at the car in London, Birmingham and Manchester. There's no workshop to drive the car to, and we don't book jobs outside those three cities. A postcode in the area means we can quote a visit. It doesn't mean a fitter is already round the corner.

The three cities
Cover is London, Birmingham and Manchester. The fitter comes to the parked car. Driveways, resident bays, workplace parking and car parks are included when you can give access and the car is not in a live lane.
There is no depot. You cannot drop the car at a counter, and we do not publish a yard address, because the work is not done in a yard. If the form names a town outside the three cities, the callback will say the car is outside cover.
London
London cover includes congested inner streets, resident bays, station car parks and cars parked off the North Circular. Camden, Hackney, Croydon, Ealing, Greenwich and Barnet are examples, not a limit. The London page sets out how those places actually work.
A car in a live lane, including on a red route or in standing traffic, is not a fitting location. Call 999 before you request a quote. We book the fit once the car is parked somewhere safe.
Birmingham and Manchester
Birmingham cover runs from Digbeth and the Jewellery Quarter through Erdington on the A38, Selly Oak, Sutton Coldfield and the Solihull fringe. The M6 is a landmark people use. Fitting is at parked cars, not on the motorway.
Manchester cover includes the Northern Quarter, Oxford Road car parks, Salford Quays, Trafford, the Stockport fringe and public airport parking. The M60 hard shoulder is not a fitting bay. The city pages explain the difference. Both cities are mobile visits, the same as London.
How cover is confirmed
Put the area on the quote form and type your mobile number. We call you back and confirm the car is inside London, Birmingham or Manchester before a visit is agreed. That call is also where the battery type is settled.
An AGM must not be downgraded, wherever the car is parked. Registration is commonly required on Volkswagen Group and many BMW and Mini models and varies on other marques. Those rules do not change at the city boundary. There is no fixed price list.
Questions before you send a quote
Is there a depot I can visit?
No. Coverage is the mobile visit. There is no depot.
Do you cover cities outside these three?
No. London, Birmingham and Manchester only.
Do you fit on the motorway?
No. A live lane needs 999 first. We fit when the car is parked in a safe place inside the three cities.
How do I check my car is covered?
Send the quote form with the area and your mobile number. We call you back and confirm it.
