We keep the mobile number you type so we can call you about the fitting. We don't sell it, and we don't put it on a public page. The work is in London, Birmingham and Manchester.
What you submit
The quote form collects the mobile number you type, plus the vehicle and location details you choose to give. Those details are there so the callback can discuss a battery fit at that car.
Do not send anyone else's number unless you are asking us to call that person about the car and they know. The number is used to speak to you. It is not a login and it is not shown on a public page.
Why the number is stored
The number is stored so we can call you back, agree the battery, and arrange the visit if you accept the quote. That is the purpose. We'll come to the car in London, Birmingham or Manchester only after that call.
We do not sell the number. We do not place it on the catalogue pages of this site. There is no public phone book entry created from your form.
What is not on this notice
This notice does not invent a postal address. Contact stays on the quote form. If you want a human conversation, submit your number and take the callback.
Technical notes you include, such as AGM or EFB, battery location, or a damaged case, are part of the quote. A cracked, leaking, swollen or frozen battery should be described so nobody plans a jump. A car in a live lane should not be on the form until you have called 999.
Keeping the number for the job
The number is kept for the callback and for arranging the agreed visit. It is not kept so it can be shown to other customers. If you do not want the callback, do not send the form.
Registration details of the car may be in the same request, because battery registration is commonly required on Volkswagen Group and many BMW and Mini models and varies on other marques. Those details are for the fit, not for a public record.
Questions before you send a quote
Do you publish my mobile number?
No. It is stored so we can call you back. It is not put on the website.
Why do you need it?
Because the quote is a callback. There is no other contact route on this site.
Do you sell numbers?
No. The number is for the quote and the visit.
Where is the work done?
At your vehicle in London, Birmingham or Manchester, after the callback. The fitter comes to the car.
